"BLAH! that's my general feeling."
– sister
In other news, one should never go shopping right after a swim. By sheer force of will, I made it out of Aldi with only milk (the only thing I came for), juice, broccoli, and pickle-flavored potato chips ("pickle crisps").
And the new version of Pride and Prejudice, region 2. Speaking of which, why isn't VLC working on my macbook?
Posted by nickles at February 20, 2007 10:21 AM | TrackBackAAHHHH!!!! The other night, I flopped onto a bed and thought, "i feel like watching the new Pride and Prejudice." but not region 2.
and i like that sister.
Yay crisps! I didn't know that they had them in Belgium.

Posted by: Yemen at February 21, 2007 01:34 AMprobably something similar, actually. all the msg holding the pickle flavor onto the chip kinda gives one this little buzz...
Posted by: bob at February 21, 2007 05:32 AMAldi? I knew it was a European brand but I didn't realize...I blather on. I can totally picture you in Aldi, Bob. I love, love, love Aldi, mostly because the US ones don't have a PA system! No pages for me to listen to and get my train of thought derailed by! yay.
Posted by: Krista at February 21, 2007 08:54 PMAldi is pretty much my best friend. They sell cheap basic necessities, and you never know when you're going to find something nice and useful... like P&P or wool socks. Yesterday they had hair dryers.
There's some principle here about my preferred personality type in friendships. Quirky, no frills, resourceful, funny: the perfect grocery store.
Posted by: bob at February 22, 2007 06:45 AMI think you've spent a little too much time in Aldi lately. Or you have too much time to think about it as a philisophical analogy.
Or, both.
